I have over eight years of experience working with individuals at all levels to achieve their career goals. I began in the charitable sector, working one-on-one with people living with long-term, chronic health conditions who wanted to get back into the workplace after two or more years of unemployment. I interacted with clients, providing help with producing brand new CVs, lending career advice, assisting with the completion of  job applications, and coaching on interview techniques. These skills, combined with my ability to motivate often disheartened and anxious individuals, ignited my passion for helping people to achieve their career aspirations.

Following this period of about two years, I moved into private CV writing, with the most recent few years of my CV writing career focused on working with Senior Managers, C-Level Executives and Directors. It is because of my initial experience of career coaching and support within a charitable organisation that I pride myself on offering a warm, supportive and motivating service.

From fresh-faced graduates, to seasoned experts with extensive achievements under their belt (and everyone in between), I have a fundamental understanding of what does and does not work when writing CVs. My style is to promote a synthesis between how you want to present yourself to the world, and what a recruiting manager would consider an ideal candidate.
